Job Summary: The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring efficient functioning of office equipment, and supporting various administrative tasks. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Provide general office support including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked and reordered as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with office machines such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and appointments.
Maintain office files and records in an organized and accessible manner.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
Support the finance team with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Ensure a clean, tidy, and safe office environment.
Provide bilingual support, including translation and communication in Korean and English.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
Strong troubleshooting skills for office machines.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
Bilingual in Korean and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within [specific industry or sector, if relevant].
Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
