Position Overview

This job requires technical experiences related to Wireless Charger Module and program
management experiences. This position needs to have comfortable working with the
manufacturing industry as well as high technology-driven products with company and customers.
This role is focused on managing a program and deeply involving technical requirements in the
development as well as product launching. Customer communication and business negotiation
to ensure strength and stability in the company's automotive business. This role is directly
influencing the integration project across all company and automotive manufactures and requires
a confidant with identifying problems, communicating the concerns and driving for closure in
order to deliver projects within the time frame with build trust while demonstrating excellent
communication and time management skills. This role must play nice with others, have a
humble service mindset, and be a results-driven self-motivator.

Responsibilities

- Support to resolve both business, manufacturing, and technical issues
- Support to identify and manage all program risks, publish a weekly report
​​​​​​​- Support cross-functional teams Validation, Manufacturing, procurement/Purchasing,
Sales and Quality, customers.
​​​​​​​- Identify and manage all program risks during and after development
​​​​​​​- Manage OEM customer relationship, develop and manage 3rd party relationship
​​​​​​​- Resolving 3rd party related issues and manage Engineering Changes & 4M
​​​​​​​- Communicate with company HQ cross-functional teams not limited to program
​​​​​​​- Develop and manage program milestone (if necessary, multiple programs)
​​​​​​​- Support Software & Hardware releases, sample management (intl. Logistics) and lead
the customer meetings

Requirements

​​​​​​​- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4+ years of work experience in a related field)
​​​​​​​- 5 years of experience in engineering and/or program management, leading programs with multiple dependencies and constraints.
​​​​​​​- Knowledge or the ability of:
​​​​​​​- Managing multiple technical projects simultaneously and delivering to agreed upon cost, quality, and timing expectations
​​​​​​​- Automotive materials or service new technologies to industry players
​​​​​​​- Managing technical teams building embedded system preferred
​​​​​​​- The product life cycle from ideation to design to prototype to production
​​​​​​​- Software development process (feasibility, design, implementation, integration, test, and support), preferably experience with complex systems
​​​​​​​- Working across multiple disciplines (systems, embedded, server, wireless carriers, testing)
​​​​​​​- Appropriate office software applications.
​​​​​​​- Ability to work early/late hours to support internationally
​​​​​​​- Ability to Travel Domestic & International up to 30%

Preferred

​​​​​​​- Automotive experience
​​​​​​​- PMP certification and 6 sigma certification
​​​​​​​- Bilingual (English and Korean)
